Feeding the gulls in Galway

Galway Harbour.

This photo was taken with the Fujifilm X100VI during a winter in Galway. A man was out in the morning holding his hand out to a flock of seagulls. The gull came down and ate from his hand.

Galway is a beautiful city that we fell in love with. The history, buildings and people made it worth the visit (even though it was freezing!).

I entered this photo in the Australia’s Top Emerging Photographers 2025 Single Shot category and I am stoked to get a COMMENDED certificate!
